The EVA Chute Skill represents the kerbals experience requirement in order for them to have access to EVA Chutes. Every trait has a EVAChuteSkill field, and one integer value assigned to it. The value represents the minimum XP point required for a kerbal to unlock the Personal Parachute in Career mode.
